ranger
Has anyone else had an issue removing the factory baseplate from a 10 round SIG MPX for cleaning? I can easily remove the MPX baseplates for 20 or 30 round mags - seems like the 10 round baseplates are glued on? Link to comment
Rolex
I believe those where made for the ban states- could be wrong- But that's why they don't come apart Link to comment
Acer2428
Have heard dipping them in some boiling water should soften the glue up enough to be removed. Link to comment
BigHeadNel
So... came upon this thread because I was trying to remove the baseplate of my Sug MPX magazine and up the capacity of a 10 rounder I accidentally purchased... (I’m lawfully allowed to have high capacity magazines). The base plate of a factory 10 round magazine is CRAZY GLUED shut. Like tons of it. You’re going to have to break it carefully then add an aftermarket baseplate like one from Taran Tactical Link to comment
