Magazines for Carry Optics

Hey guys, I’m looking at options for magazines for Carry Optics, specifically with a Shadow 2 so weight is important. For those of you who have been running an S2 in CO which magazine setup are you using? Also, would any of you be so kind as to weigh just your magazine and post your findings? I’m interested to see how much lighter the “go to” setup is than what I already have. I’m currently using the MG AFC 17 round mag tube with Grams internals with CZC base pads. They work well with my CO SP-01, and will make weight with the S2, but just barely. So close that I wouldn’t be comfortable putting my gun on another scale.

Henning base pads were the lightest ones I found.

17 round megcar mag, grams spring and follower, henning base pad. 23 rounds.

Mecgar 17 round with henning pads and henning internals averaged 104-105grams and my CZ factory 17 with factory internals and TTI pads weighed in at 111-112 grams

Thanks guys. Seems the Henning pads are a few grams lighter than my CZC pads. I will check them out. Appreciate the feedback.

CZ 18round SP01 tubes with TTI +2 and a Grams spring kit will get 23 and be almost a half oz lighter.
