M&P 2.0 5" in IDPA

I recently purchased a 5" 2.0 for IDPA and would like to know what class that would put me in? I'm new to IDPA and don't know the rules, so any help is appreciated, thanks, Dave.

Should be Stock Service Pistol if you run it as it came from the box.

the gun wont put you or not put you in any class. Your classification is based on your scores on a qualifier match.

Joe can always be counted on for sorting the details...

He is alluding to the fact the the terminology in the OP should apparently have been asking about which DIVISION the gun would be allowed in. There are a few little things that can be done to stay SSP legal. Start doing much to it and you get bumped over to ESP...
