Which JP Trigger in MPX?

Recommended Posts

I read most of the trigger threads, but didn't find what I'm looking for. I have a Gen 2 MPX coming, and recently picked up a certificate for $100 at JP. I'd like to get a trigger for the rifle, but JP isn't mentioned much in all the MPX threads. Anyone have long term use of a JP in their MPX, & which one?

You can use it, but no one is going to have 'long term' results b/c it'll get eaten up. Hiperfire and the AR-10 version of the AR-Gold trigger seem to be the only non-purpose built (i.e. Timney 68X series) that hold up.... for a while anyways.

See Doug's post below, first I've heard.

JP's trigger will work fine in the MPX.......have one in each of our MPX's with thousands of rounds......zero issues. Even use the JP hammer.

I run the standard....original JP trigger

Yes, the JP trigger is a great upgrade for the MPX. As Trubl indicated, the standard or any of the modules will work. I like the red flat but go with whatever you want to match your gat.
