Unfortunately my wife had a  seizure yesterday for no apparent reason. Fortunately I was standing next to her in our home when it happened but it really caught me off guard. Not knowing what to do I managed to get my phone and dial 911. The person that answered was literally a life saver. First thing he asked was what the problem was. I told him I needed an ambulance NOW. Second thing he asked was what is the address. I had the worst time trying to remember our address even though we lived there for 25 years. Thankfully the operator stayed calm coached me through the address and stayed on the line telling me what to do until the  paramedics got there. I never thought to ask his name or had a chance to thank him. I hope by some small chance he’ll read this and know how much I  appreciate what he did for us. My wife is now resting  comfortably in the hospital.

Thank you sir  Who ever you may be.

As someone who works in law enforcement a good dispatcher is a god send.
