After market triggers and hammers in production class

I read somewhere here on the forum that aftermarket triggers and hammers are now allowed in production class guns. Is there a reference anywhere that we can cite this rule change?

Stipple the grip and undercut the trigger guard, add a few ounces of weight, install a flat faced trigger and a giant aftermarket hammer and safety.

 

These have been good to go in Production since early summer.

New rules also say aftermarket mag releases allowed. So can I put a pddle style release like a CZ Shadow 2 has on my XDm now?  Also the rule of adding metal weight of significant amount ie 1/2 oz or more to grip area refers to external plugs. I assume I can add  some inside the void under the removeable backstrap (which doesn’t alter external part of grip and can only be seen and accessed by removing pin and backstrap) to bring weight up now to take advantage of 4oz over listed weight?
