CZ 75b extended safety

The 75B uses a left-side-only safety, so there's no specific extended safety I'm aware of, but I just confirmed a D-style ambidextrous safety will work although it's longer than needed and if you cut it off you'll see a D shaped shaft in a round hole on the right side:

I have a few if you'd like to buy one send me a PM

Now I'm totally confused! My 75B has ambi safeties. Don't recall if it has a D- end not the right side. I think I'll call the various CZ experts

what model 75B.

75B stainless models are tumbler

75B SA 9mm and 40SW,  is tumbler

75B compact with ambi are D style

I just bought a new CZ 75B SA 9mm - what style sear cage will come with it; tumbler or D Style? On CZC website it says tumbler "were fitted on earlier CZ 75 SA Model" Thanks
