Are you sure it's lead and not the plastic wad melting into the barrel?  Mine gets wad buildup because of the long strings of fire and how hot we get them.  Lucas Oil extreme duty bore solvent dissolves it better than anything else I've found.

Take a 12 gauge bore brush,

Get a copper scouring pad at any grocery store.  Cut it into about 1/2" strips. Wrap it around the brush. Put the brush on a cleaning rod. Put the rod into a vise with

most of it sticking out. Run your barre up an down the rod. Turn the barrel around to do the choke end.

Done!

I do the same but use a  cleaning rod chucked in a drill motor.
