borneoknives
All, what's the go to for a light-bearing 2011 holster? I'm thinking low-light 3-gunning and using a dead light filled with bird-shot for USPSA lim-minor. Bladetech?
wgj3
Bladetech wrs works well, but discontinued now... I've been pleased with my holster from G-code as well. I'm sure Red Hill could hook you up.
AustinWolv
I've used a Safariland ALS for Springfield Operator with light. A full dustcover 2011 fits tight, so heat up the holster slightly with a heat gun or hairdryer....stick the gun in and very lightly work the gun back/forth/side-to-side, and it'll form the holster to the 2011 a bit better. Makes for smooth draw after that. May need to cut some holster away near the safety, depending what size safety you use. Worked well. Not cheap though. Moloch38
I have had good results with G Code and Safariland ALS.
