The net can really give a very skewed perception of reality. Not saying botac is good or bad . Its probably no dif than many companies we are forced to deal with. If everything goes SOP its gtg but if there is an issue cs is lacking. Consider how cellular and cable tv companies treat us only thing worse is dealing with Dept of motor vehicles or an osha inspector or the worst ATF agent when your new trigger job on your AR triples.
