cz 75 long slide

Has anyone built one using a TS slide and either 75 SA or Shadow frame or an SP-01 Shadow frame? How much fitting/machining is required ?  How do you like the results?  Would you do it again?  I have begun to think about it.

I followed these directions and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Isn’t that what  cz custom’s cts-lsp is?

Yes, I believe that is the SP-0I with the TS slide. However, I don't see one listed on CZC to buy.  I'm sure they will make one.  They will also fit a TS slide to your 75 or SP-01 frame, as I understand.

Mine (and it appears yours), has the upswept beaver tail.  So I thought it was the  CZ 75 SA frame, not the standard frame.

Ah, you might be right there.  Probably should have replied to the other poster, who assumed it was an SP-01 frame with a TS slide.  I was more pointing out the lack of full dustcover and rail up front, as the SP-01 frames have.  Didn't even think about the difference in the 75B and SA frames.  Is that just the beavertail?

My 75SA guns have all come with tumbler style safeties, although the frame cut is the same between the two types, so with a different sear cage you can swap them for the D style.

I'm talking about the magazine release

Who did the bi top work? Did you send it off or it that a DIY?

Also, curious as to how much it weighs.

My father-in-law did the machining. When I get home, at the end of the month, I’ll weigh it for you.
