kneelingatlas
My favorite 2011 was this Bedell Super Shorty in 38 super, which I sold along with my other 38s when I decided to load exclusively 9mm (major for open, minor for production) Over the years since I've been dreaming about recreating it with a CZ 9mm
kneelingatlas
So here it is! I add the holes this week and really like the change: 4.5" SP01 barrel, three port aluminum Eric comp and three 9/64" holes, 3/8" on center. I plan to chrono some of my favorite loads through it next month. Edited November 10, 2018 by kneelingatlas

The top of the firing pin block hole is very close to the bottom of the dovetail.
BeerBaron
If you used a shadow slide you could avoid that as there’s no fpb or cross pin. Not sure it’s worth it though. Exposing the fpb hole doesn’t matter.

Start on barrel and compensator to give me idea. When a CZ cycles the barrel moves rearward relative to the frame ~1/4" so if you plan to use an SP01 frame you have three choices: use a comp which fits inside the frame rails, cut the frame back by ~1/4", or use a Tactical Sport slide. The easier path is to use a short dust cover frame.
