Old and new Ruger action...PCC and PC40 VIDEO

Recommended Posts

A friend has been working out of town for months but due to the fire here, he is home for a few days. He was wanting to try my Ruger PCC so we headed out of town to escape the smoke and heat. Went to a small range where they hold a three stage fun shoot every month.

Another gent was shooting an old Ruger PC40. So we had old and new Ruger action.

My friend had fun and I am pretty sure he will be picking one up for himself shortly.

Here is a video of the action:

Yeah. I like multi-gun shoots/matches. Just don't have the time to travel to them. I try and put on a shotgun/pistol-PCC steel shoot a couple of times a year here at our range. Everyone seems to like them.

The next one I do I plan on doing one stage that can be shot entirely with a shotgun.

Good clean fun all the way around.

Oh...and if someone is wondering about all the reloading....the folks that put on these shoots limit everyone to 10 rounds in a magazine. Yep...its a California thing ?

I feel for you guys, you are truly the oppressed !

Maybe those of us in gun friendly states could put on a telethon for you guys and raise enough money for you to succeed,  or at least to build a big ass fence around your gun club !

Yes....I am in the “real” Northern CA (Redding) where it is still somewhat conservative. So we have to suffer the enlightenment of the Bay Area and Southern CA.

I feel for you bro!!!

If one of the " enlightened" ones from the south ever comes knocking, take that sweaty hanky and shove it in his mouth till the gurgling stops !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
