Dillon 1050 case feed tube replacement

Does anyone know of the ID and OD of the Dillon 1050 case feed tube? 

 

Is is it easy to source a replacement from a local store? 

 

Google hasn’t been of much help.

I got a piece of Lucite Plastic Tube from ebay that was 3/4 OD 1/2 ID by 24" long and it works great for 9mm, you will have to cut it down from 24" to fit your setup

Below are part numbers from mcmaster carr that I got some time ago.  Problem with making these tubes, there needs to be a lip in the end that fits the primer mag nut.  Same function as the plastic tip on the Dillon tubes.  It is a lot easier in the long run to just get a bunch of tubes from Dillon.
