Personal ranges

do any of you all have pictures of your personal ranges? I live about 45 min from my club range and would like to set up my own small personal range for practice at home.

was looking for some opinions and ideas on how you all have yours set up

When I lived in NY, I had a 5' high berm that had a 15 foot cliff behind it -

shot into the berm at up to 100 yards.   

 

Now, I have to drive 37 miles to the range

Let me guess...Uphill, both ways in the (take your pick of rain, wind, heat, darkness, traffic).

Here is a picture of a little pistol shooting area that I have set up at our farm. I set it up in what I think is an old, old quarry as it has three sides which prevents any stray rounds leaving the range . It is a work in progress as you can see....

That’s a nice set up eggman!  I’ve been kicking around the idea of using natural terrain to build berms but I don’t have anything as natural as your setup on my property!
