Wisemenofgotham
I think the combo you already use with gen 2 tubes will work great.
TRPOperator
I have been running the Gen2 9mm mags 140s and 170s. I have tuned them and run all TTI parts in them with no malfunctions. I am running STI Plastic though so cant say how they are working for say a PT EVO or other metal grip.
schaet
I'm running Gen 2 mags in both 140 and 170. One of the 170's has Grams guts and a Dawson +1 base pad and the other stock STI all the way through. The stock STi runs fine as is, however my 170 with the Grams and Dawson needed tuning, but now runs fine; no issues at all. (I'm guessing with the added capacity it changed the dynamic of the feeding for the first few rounds) The 140's both run fine with the stock components. I ran these out of a plastic grip and now a CK Arms SS E2 with no issues.
