RiggerJJ
No, there is metal clip on the case feeder that the tube snaps into at the top.
corbinfouquet
It comes off on the other end. I aware of the clip. The red plastic piece pops out and the tube follows 34 minutes ago, RiggerJJ said: No, there is metal clip on the case feeder that the tube snaps into at the top. RiggerJJ
At the bottom the tube slides into the red piece (45cal I think). The red piece should stay in place as it fits pretty tight. If it doesn't stay I would order another.
RiggerJJ
Another thought, the tube length is pretty tight between the case feeder and the red plastic. Should not allow the red piece to come out of it's fitting. If it does you may need to lower the case feeder.
L3324temp
I would check that your case feeder is pressed fully down on the mounting tube and locked in place by the set screw. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The red plastic piece pops out and the tube follows The only times I've had that happen was if a smaller case was nesting in the case that was at the bottom of the case feed adapter. In those circumstances the longer length of the two cases can cause the case feed adapter to pop off. Even that has been rare, they usually just jam everything up when nested.
