WoodrowAugustus
SJC Titan is extremely effective, but as mentioned above you'll want to double plug and warn anyone within 20 feet either side.
Snausages32
I actually just switched from the Lantac Dragon to the Miculek. Very satisfied with the change. The Lantac moved way too much for reliable double taps.
TonytheTiger
I've recently RO'd several guys with Titans and I was expecting them to be worse, given their reputation. They were similar to most other high performance brakes I stood next to.

SeattleDude
Simple, SJC Titan and then everything else. Brakes/Comps are more of a personal preference.
apetrulis01
Armalite adjustable break. Best brake i have ever shot.
bveto
I’ve been using the JP 3 port comp for the last two years and it’s been great, for my new build for next year I’m thinking about giving the APA Answer brake a go when it comes out, looks like it might work pretty darn well based on the shooters who have been testing it. chase214
I'm a fan of six titan my only complaint and it just me I wish it had a larger diameter so I could blend it to my barrel
diversmith
So, is the consensus on the Seekins ATC that it is the best happy medium between effectiveness & lower sound/blast?

Go with a VG6 Gamma or Epsilon. That's what I would go with if I didn't want an SJC titan.

When it comes time for competition or you’re by yourself you can shoot with just the brake. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
NoKimberDave
I have a Epsilon on my 14" SBR and it's not nearly as loud as my big brakes. And it works terrific on that gun.

Wow, I really like the looks of that, especially with the front sight combo. Curious what the weight might be with the 3” brake and front sight together. Just might be sending ‘em an email... if anyone has experience with the brake I’d love to hear it.
greerstyl
i use a fortis which is way to loud, would like somehting adjustable
mveto
The Ultradyne Apollo looks like it should be a very effective brake, wondering how the ports would be in regards to blow back to the shooter, they appear to be very aggressive. I have been tempted to purchase one to try out.

The noise doesn’t bother me either, I’m behind the rifle not next too it, I bet the RO’s will hate the Apollo brake.
