quietmike
Just got in a Safariland 6360 and noticed it has a forward cant, which I dont like at all. Anyone know a way to get it to zero cant? Like the holster and want to keep it if I can get this fixed. Thanks for any help.
sniperfrog
I use Safariland holsters at work and I also hate that forward cant. Here’s what I did. I got a 6072 hi ride UBL. The one I got from HolsterOps.com has oval holes so you can adjust some of the cant (The picture on the website showed round holes but the one I received had oval). Then I got the 6281 2” drop adapter, and drilled two new top holes to get more of the cant out. I used the T spacer as my guide. This will put the holster about the same height as a mid ride UBL. I like a slight amount of reverse cant and was able to get it by using this combo.
quietmike
Thanks sniperfrog. I ended up getting a Frank Proctor hanger. It has holes drilled to offset the cant built into the holster, so you get zero cant. It also takes up less belt space than the safariland hanger.
