Glock 34.5 Trigger / Improvements

Have a stock 34.5 for USPSA prod or limited. What’s recommended to get the trigger pull in the 4lb pull range or less?

 

Also, any recommendations on guide rods to reduce felt recoil?

 

I’m new here so point me in the right direction if I’m in the wrong place or need to improve my search skills.
