awleland
I have searched and heard both yes and no regarding springer Precision basepads working with CZC IPSC Magwell on a CZ 75 TS. I contacted Springer and they said they cannot guarantee compality? Is anyone currently using SP basepads with CZC IPSC Magwell? Thanks
abb1
I use base pads designed and sold by Jade McKay here in Canada. They work flawlessly, easy to remove so that the mag can be cleaned, and they are hollow so they can be weighted down with lead pellets if one chooses. They are made out of industrial plastic and have gone through over a hundred rds of torture testing being dropped on concrete flooring. I initially tried the springers and they are not easy to remove as they are held in place by screws that are also easily stripped. After the third one stripped and I could not remove the pad without drilling it, I got JM's base pads and couldnt be happier.
