John92awd
Does everyone have problems with primers crushing on this brass? I believe it's 1f range pick up. I wish all brass was created equal lol
John92awd
Oops, forgot to mention it's on a dillon 650 press
iflyskyhigh
Yes. Dillon 550. As soon as I feel the slightest pressure I stop and look, 9 times of 10 it’s this FC NT brass. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
haiedras
Crimped primer pockets. You need to either swage them or give them to someone who can.
noexcuses
yep there crap on a 650, never noticed them on the 1050
OzzieDoc
Yep. crimped primer pockets AND larger than norm flash holes. Work OK for standard loads if you can be bothered swaging the crimp out.

Hi-Power Jack
Not only FC. Many mfgrs have NT brass (non toxic, I believe). Regular FC's, WW's, etc are fine, but NOT if they have NT after their brand, eg. FC good, FC NT bad .... And, I understand they ALL (all NT's) have crimped primer pockets. Service Desk
It is good brass once the primer pockets have been swaged. I have about 20k of them ready to be loaded.

True dat BUT, I use a SDB and 9mm brass is too inexpensive for me to sit and swage 10,000 pieces of brass. Maybe if I had a 1050 .....

Maybe if I had a 1050 ..... I must confess.... I have two 1050's...... and swaged all the FCNT 9mm brass on one of my XL650's with a Swage IT. I load it on another 650... I leave my SDB for .32SWL bullseye loads.
