I am diving into the PCC pool

Trying to pick a forearm cover is kinda overwhelming.
Looking at the Atlas S 
 
Any other recommendations? 
Do you prefer key-mod or M-Lok?
Trying to keep well under  $200

I went with the atlas so I can’t blame you if that’s the route you took

Since weight is always a consideration when putting a PCC together I would recommend the Taccom CF handguard. It only weighs 3 ounces (excluding the barrel nut).

Kaw Valley has a CF handguard, as well as New Frontier.

On a PCC I like super Light Weight. So I went with an ISLER CUSTOM GUN WORKS Carbon fiber hand guard.

I use the Atlas S-one hand guard, but it isn't light.  Well, the hand guard is light, but their proprietary barrel nut is pretty heavy.

The isler Custom gunworks carbon fiber handguard is hard to beat, if i didn't go with the Aero S-One i would of gone with Isler. Myabe on the next one....

I did get to check out the Jones Arms piece today.

Nice stuff, but I don't think I want the rail all the way down.

This is all starting to add up pretty quickly, to be a little more than I wanted to spend.

The Atlas S is a little bit cheaper also, not much, but every little bit.

I had the fortis brake. I was not happy with it and sold it immediately. Full sail brake is the way to go.

I was going to go with Epsilon VG6, but the CMMG barrel I am using is 1/2-36

(Got a super deal on it from  777 Tactical)

So I am limited on available brakes.

Shooting innovations does a 1/2-36. They may not have it on the site. Just call them.

Yes it is. I Googled latchless AR15 charge handles and it showed up.
