Frangible ammo with compensator

Are there any concerns or items I need to concern myself if shooting 500 rounds of 9mm frangible ammo through my STI steel ?

Beven Grams shot frangible .40 bullets thur a .40 open gun for quite a while without issue. Cant see why 9mm would be different.-------------Larry

Only concern for me would be getting enough powder in it with the large bullet (147 sized) without the running into pressure.

Why would think they have to be 147 gr bullets? I have a couple of boxes of 9mm frangible loaded by a specialty loader with 85 gr bullets. They absolutely scream, like 1400 + out of a 3 in barrel. ---------------Larry

Thank you for the replies, looks like I'll be OK at one of the indoor ranges that requires it.   I'll check what grain the ammo they sell are, and I'll report back on performance.

Aren't frangible bullets lighter than lead billets? Like 90 gr or something? I would think the light bullet with the comp might cause cycling problems but I don't know for sure.
