Started shooting USPSA 6 months ago. First four classifiers put me into C. This month, Ive officially moved up to B.

Classifier history shows slow but steady improvement. Just gotta stick with it.

Got to shoot the Colorado State IDPA Championship. Overall I shot well with only a couple mistakes. I ended up in 17th overall and 2nd SSP Expert. I finished with 0 no-shoots and 0 penalties. My one regret is not topping off the magazine I used during the warmup. Turns out that it would run dry on two disappearing targets, costing me 20+ seconds. I think I learned my lesson though. I no longer put empty or half empty magazines back into my carriers. I am happy with my raw time but my accuracy still needs to be cleaned up a bit, especially for IDPA. I will continue to shoot live fire 3 times a week in preparation for the upcoming matches. My next big match is the sectional. This will be my first big USPSA event. Wish me luck.
