dirty5thirty
I'll be running them in my stock 3. Winchesters run with my old load for my 34 but saw somewhere online that the Federals match are in stock. Is the extra 29$ per 5k is worth it? If the WW runs, why spend more money for Feds? Matter of fact, if you can get Russian primers for less than WW's, I'd give them a try - they work in my STI, but Not in my BHP. goldfish
It depends on how your S3 is setup.

Great part of our sport is experimenting with what works in a particular gun. You may very well find the most inexpensive item works well in one of your guns but other more expensive items must be used in a different gun set up. Good luck and have fun. zzt
The only problem with Winchester SP primers is that some of them are out of round a stick in the primer tube.

frankge
it really does depend on the gun. I ran Wins no problem in my G17 set up for Co but then went to my 34 for Production and had numerous light strikes. These guns and all parts set up exactly the same. Went to Federal SPPMs and zero problems.
