gerritm
I have been shooting 3.1gr Titegroup with 147gr RN Blue Bullets & SNS Casting poly coated @ 1.12 OAL and pretty happy with them. Very accurate and the SNS are great with a hard coating and no smurf fingers when loading. I have a bunch of 115gr plated RN Extreme & 124gr JHP PD's. Anyone got a good soft load for these with Titegroup? Thanks, gerritm Link to comment
Aircooled6racer
Hello: Try your same 3.1 grains of Tite Group. They will be pretty close to minor for the 115's. Thanks, Eric Link to comment
MHitchcock
I am using 3.9 of TG over 124 JHP at ~1.140. Made 133 PF at Area 3. Link to comment
David.Hylton
3.7 TG with 125 blue bullet at 1.120 is 130 pf in a Glock 17 with range brass Link to comment

Thanks, Eric +1 I got 136 pf w/ 3.3 grains of Titegroup at ~1.1. I bet 3.1 will be just right. Link to comment
gerritm
Loaded up some 115/3.1 and will test today. Also some 124/3.6. Will start there, thanks. gerritm Link to comment
BlackBuzzard
I'm getting 142PF with 3.9TG, 1.145, and 124 Montana Gold JHP's. Also, 136PF with 3.2TG, 1.145, and 147 Berry round nose plated. I sometimes use the 142 PF ammo when dealing with an array of steel.......as an open shooter I've become used to hitting steel with something harder than production PF. Couple times I've returned to re-hit falling steel when it was sloooowly falling with PCC. Edited August 12, 2017 by BlackBuzzard content Link to comment
GM2B
Interesting variation of data here. Likely different barrel lengths. I push 115 RN plated with 3.8 of titegroup for a 129 pf out of a JP GMR 15. Edited August 12, 2017 by GM2B Link to comment
longbeard
Barrel length is a huge factor in this question. Taccom ULW upper (7" barrel). 3.6 behind SNS 124 = ~1080 FPS. My PSA 16" barrel 3.1 behind SNS 147 = ~1080 FPS Link to comment
Bwillis
14.5” mbx barrel 1.6” 3 chamber mbx comp 1.150 throat 147gr rn plated+3.2 titegroup=1015 fps 149.15pf 124gr fmj+ 3.7gr titegroup=1130 fps 140.12 pf both are 1.140 oal I prefer the 124 grain with yellow sprinco and green mbx , 1/2 rubber buffer in tube the 147 with jp 308 spring and blue mbx spring ,1/2 rubber buffer in tube is sluggish feeling Link to comment
