Wakal
I really like that handguard...and I have the same model Trijicon mounted on my M4 upper. Just switched that upper out for a more IPSC-type geek rig, but not because I didn't adore that scope Alex
sahauptman
I like the looks of the hand guard better then how it works. It still uses the delta ring and c clip. There is a ring with 3 dowel pins on the under side of the delta ring and the handguard is screwed onto the ring with three 3 counter head allen screws. This leads to a little movement on the handguard. But it looks cool with the JP red heat sink. And stays very cool. I have never felt the heat from the barrel or have seen a heat mirage through the scope.
Tony Chiavacci
Very cool. Where did you get the hand gaurd?
deke
The rifle looks great! Is that a Miculek comp? If so, how do you like it? (I just ordered one.) -deke
sahauptman
It is a Miculek comp. It meets the size regulation, but it doesn't work as well as my Bruce McArthur comp. The hand guard is ADVANCED TACTICAL COMPONENTS from Brownells
