johnbu Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Tanfo's in the late '80's early '90's had slide cracking issues. they lightened up the slide and it couldn't take the battering from the more powerful calibers 40, 10mm. They fixed that design flaw and have had a good run since.
