RAZZ Posted September 24, 2002 Share Posted September 24, 2002 I was just wondering if anyone out there has ever tried mounting a HOLO sight on a free floating rail handguard. Mickster Posted September 24, 2002 Share Posted September 24, 2002 My 3-gun shooting amigo has a C-More mounted directly to a Houge free floating handguard of his CAR A-2 using a custom made aluminum mount. I've shot it and the dot lines up perfectly right on top of the front sight when looking through the rear peep which makes those 200 yard plus plates a bit easier to hit, it seems. If you look over the top of the peep the dot is right there and unobstructed for those close in shots. He really likes the set-up. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ErikW Posted November 4, 2002 Share Posted November 4, 2002 RAZZ, Bennie Cooley has a mount he calls the BC-CAM to fit the A2 handle. He demonstrated it with an EOTech Holosight, his favorite.
