Ruger mk3, tac sol ?'s

Found one at LGS.   

Mk3 with fluted non threaded tac  solutions barrel.  Fiber optic frontsite, adjustable rear, one mag for sure, looks 90% or better... safe queen....   Not sure of any other custom work. Comes with shop warranty, no rail 

I saw it at closing.   But if memory serves ....   $315 plus tax and background...... ( no transfer fee)

in think it's a steal $ wise?

Yes yes yes yes. That barrel if you're lucky is around $220-$250 alone. Pretty good deal if you ask me!
