Religious Shooter
I need to stock up on slugs. Will be mostly for my M2. But to be used also with a VM and a Stoeger. Has anybody tried the different Fiocchi slugs? Which one did you end up getting? http://www.midwayusa.com/product/1836644566/fiocchi-low-recoil-ammunition-12-gauge-2-3-4-7-8-oz-aero-rifled-slug http://www.midwayusa.com/product/1836188698/fiocchi-3-gun-ammunition-12-gauge-2-3-4-7-8-oz-rifled-slug http://www.midwayusa.com/product/113965/fiocchi-shooting-dynamics-low-recoil-ammunition-12-gauge-2-3-4-1-oz-rifled-slug-box-of-10 http://www.midwayusa.com/product/1836118320/fiocchi-high-velocity-ammunition-12-gauge-2-3-4-1-oz-aero-rifled-slug To be used for 3gun. mscott
I use the 1 oz. slugs in my M1, but they wouldn't cycle in my 1919. The 7/8 oz. slugs have a bit more powder behind them and cycle the 1919 most of the time, but shoot like crap in my M1. The Federal tru-ball low recoil cycle everything I've tried them in and with good accuracy, so am buying those from now on. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/586260/federal-premium-vital-shok-low-recoil-ammunition-12-gauge-2-3-4-1-oz-truball-hollow-point-rifled-slug-box-of-5 I'm suggesting you try a box of everything before stocking up. Dan Sierpina
I use the Fiocchi 1 ounce slugs in my M2. B&P shoot a bit better. My gun runs just fine with both brands. I do not have a lightened bolt in my gun.
Pistolpete9
I use a 930 so my results might be different but the Fiocchi 3G cycles great for me and is accurate as well. Very low recoil. I need to do a side by side comparison again, but they seemed like they might have even less recoil than Walmart bulk boxes of #7.
Vlad
the low recoil 7/8oz seem to work for me and almost everyone else.
ziebart
I've had great success with 7/8 fiocci in my sx3.
CJW
M2 with lightened bolt, I run the 7/8oz 1300fps slugs with no problems.
ColCornelius
I've had good luck with the 1oz, low recoil in my Stoeger M3K.
PCKLST
I have been using the 3G in my Stoeger M3K and they cycle well and are accurate for me.
TJ1911
I shoot a pump, so cycling isn't an issue, but FWIW I am pleased with the accuracy, especially the 1 oz. loads.

jswhitesell619
I use the fiocchi 7/8 ounce as per recommendation of Mike at accurate iron in my gun. They have shot GREAT out of my gun and been 100% reliable and accurate out of my gun. I couldn't buy any low recoil slugs locally so I had to go and hope to get something that shot well, ordered them from midway and luckily they shot well. These are the ones: https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1836644566/fiocchi-low-recoil-ammunition-12-gauge-2-3-4-7-8-oz-aero-rifled-slug
EricF1
A second on the low recoil 7/8 oz, from my 1301. Really great accuracy.
MedicAJ
7/8's have been 100% reliable and accurate in my M2 and M3K.
PacMan
12LESLUG is the one to get. Runs perfectly in both M1 and M2. Accuracy is almost as good as B&P Low Recoil A better buy is here http://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/fiocchi-12-gauge-low-recoil-2-3-4-7-8-oz-aero-rifled-slug-80-rounds?a=1316451
BigBets
I shoot around 1000 slugs a year and have shot the 7/8 and 1 oz Fiocchi slugs exclusively...That being said I like the 1 oz over the 7/8. They always run my inertia driven M2, are super soft, and accurate as I could ever ask for.
