Al Capizzo
Huh, I can see it in a full size gun, but why the compact I wonder?

bandw1dth
Huh, I can see it in a full size gun, but why the compact I wonder? This is just pure speculation, maybe the compact because it's the most glock19-esq, which is a popular LE duty pistol. Magsz
The Glock 19 is not a popular LE Duty pistol. Its just a popular pistol.

michael.flitcraft
What benefit would this 'pre-tensioned' barrel provide, and how is it 'pre-tensioned'? Unless there's a lug on the barrel that the slide pushes on near the muzzle (like bushed beretta 92's), I can't see how the barrel could be put under linear tension.
