PCC buffer spring

Now that open nationals is over/cancelled/bullshit I am setting up my PCC... what buffer spring are y'all using? 

 

Who makes a good mag coupler for glock mags in PCC?

Right now AR-10 carbine buffer with 9mm buffer and a stack of quarters.  The bolt has a lot of overtravel behind the bolt catch, so I may rethink this: the AR 10 spring has fewer coils than an AR15 spring, it is also much stiffer and my wife struggles with charging it....

 

but it shoots well with this set up.

AR-10 Spring is in my tube but I have yet to shoot it, lol. Going to see what it shoots like this weekend hopefully and tune with some spacers/quarters if needed. 

 

And I think I saw somewhere that mag couplers are a no-go now.

No go on mag couplers, that seems suck.... oh well, at lest I haven't already bought one. Thanks for the heads up.

I use a .308 standard rifle spring with a 7 1/2 oz rifle length buffer and tube

I've changed my mind on the heavy buffer and .308 spring... too much battering of the barrel breech face... back to a lighter buffer and spring

Wolff XP carbine buffer spring with a Spike's extended heavy buffer.  Rifle runs perfect and seems to shoot a little softer now.  No signs of breach face wear so far.  Initially I ran a CMMG 9mm buffer and std. carbine spring.  It shot nice, but brass spat out 20+ feet.

You can't beat the JP silent capture.  I have also used the 7.5 oz buffer and extra power spring and it has been reliable

+1 For JP 9mm set up.  Haven't played with changing springs yet to see if it helps
