cecil
My C More scope switch went out today during a match... new battery but dot kept disappearing ... wiggle switch and it goes back on.. but after one more shot.. no dot.. any idea how much to replace the regular switch... trying to determine if it would be prudent to buy new C More or send it in for switch replacement.. tia

Aircooled6racer
Hello: Send it in. It will cost you between $30-$75 shipped for a new C-More depending on the model you have. You can also upgrade as well. Great company to deal with. Thanks, Eric
BeerBaron
yep, send it in. also check that it's not a dead diode. they can die too. if it is the diode then you can just replace it for $50. otherwise send it in to cmore for repair. plunker20
i talked with greg today because my switch did the same thing. and he said they would fix it for free or I could upgrade to the switch with detents for $69. I don't know if the detent style has less problems, does anyone have any input on that??
BeerBaron
I have both and prefer the click switch but if the choice is free or $70 I'd choose free normal switch over $70 for the click.
Bamboo
Agreed, choose the free fix over paying for a click switch. I also have both on different guns and don't really care for the click switch. I like the regular switch...chocolate vs vanilla, Ford vs Chevy, etc. I'm not sure if there is any measurable difference in reliability between the two. Aircooled6racer
Hello: I have seen both go bad, the click and the standard. I like both. Thanks, Eric
