Flatland Shooter
I shot a local club match this past weekend. As usual, the match was scored with Practiscore. I'm the first to admit I'm a techno-weenie and very new to Practiscore but here is something I do not understand. Once the scores were posted, I noticed the points divided by the time does not always equal the hit factor. As posted: Pts HF Time % Match Pts Bill Visits 17 Overall 109 4.1647 21.37 48.68 58.4205 Balance 3 Overall 80 9.206 8.69 85.72 77.146 Return Flight 4 Overall 121 4.0535 22.45 74.9 119.8463 Stage 4 3 Overall 97 5.3049 16.4 65.49 85.1309 By my calculations: First stage 109 pts / 21.3 seconds = 5.101 HF Second Stage 80 points / 8.69 seconds = 9.206 HF Third Stage 121 points / 22.45 = 5.390 HF Fourth Stage 97 points / 16.4 seconds = 5.914 HF Checked a few other shooter's scores with similar inconsistencies / problems. Or am I missing something? Thanks. Edited July 28, 2016 by Flatland Shooter
jester121
I believe that summary screen doesn't reflect penalties (mikes, no shoots, procedurals) in the Raw Points field. Looks like you had the following penalties: Bill Visits - 20 points Return Flight - 20 points Stage 4 - 10 points (I got that by multiplying the displayed hit factor X seconds = raw points including penalties)
Flatland Shooter
I think you've got it. The math works out. Thanks.
kamikaze1a
Yes, practiscore lists gross points earned so you need to deduct penalties/mikes before computing hf...
