P.E. Kelley
The buttstock with interchange with the M1 only. I have fitted the M2 "comfortec" stock but it is not pretty. What parts do you want to add you the M3? I don't know what a rail or arail system is.
CJW
What parts do you want to add you the M3? I don't know what a rail or arail system is. Since he is comparing it to the M4, maybe he is referring to the receiver top rail for optics/ghostring?

Vespid_Wasp
I think the reason you aren't getting more responses is because most of the benelli owners here have either an M1, M2, Vinci, or SuperNova. The M3 is a rarer bird so the pool of guys who have experience with them is smaller. I would offer some insight but I don't know anything about the M3.
