sean91285
So i bought a glock 35 for shooting uspsa. Its my first glock for that purpose. I have owned a few others. My question is at what striker spring weight do you need a lightened striker? At one point on my glock 22 i replace the striker spring and had very inconsistant ignition. Postal Bob
When you go to a lightened striker spring, sometimes you also have to put in the lightened, or skeletonized striker to maintain consistent ignition.
thebridge
He's correct. Also, with these type pistol, part of the trigger weight is striker spring..the reason we replace these. Mess with the other spring that helps you pull the trigger first. To answer your question. What you find in lighter weights will still be in the "range" needed to pop the primer. After those...use softer primers.
