Kimber76
Anyone seen any in stock anywhere. Henning hasn't made these for a bit and they are hard to find. The stock LPA is junk I've broke 2 already.

Kimber76
Who ever was in the shop said that they have had a lot of requests for them, they said maybe within the next few months. But will see hopefully sooner that later
Intercooler2
If they prove out by design features I would swap all four of mine over. I think they could get the sales!
cakedog02
I've been talking with Henning about making them for a few months now. They've had enough requests that they are going to do a limited run. ETA was 1-2 months. He said he also needs one for a personal gun, so that helps our cause. If you're interested in buying one, call or email Mayli at Henning's Shop and let her know. Every request helps because it gives them an idea of the demand. Kimber76
I ended up using red loctite on the elevation screw. It has worked so far, if you are looking to find the one Henning used to offer you can stop looking there are none left. Hopefully in the near future he will offer one again. cakedog02
Henning is working on an improved rear sight design. He is designing it now. When it's all said and done I think he is going to put out a really nice Tanfo rear sight.

cakedog02
Last I spoke with Henning he was installing a new and upgraded steel vise. He was then going to start on a new rear and front sight.
IronArcher
Are you guys actually BREAKING the stock sight? Or is the elevation screw just backing out?
Intercooler2
The screw moves. The teeth surfaces wear and eventually it has no holding power.
sousa
The screw moves. The teeth surfaces wear and eventually it has no holding power. And Loctite doesn't cure this?
Intercooler2
For a little bit and a good bump will loosen it again. We need a good replacement, or put a Henning fixed on like I did.
Kimber76
I believe Harrison Designs fixed rears would work. I have spoke with him. He said one will fit but not without extensive fitting.

EngineerEli
I'm using a CZ TS fixed rear sight on my Stock II, same cut as the Limited. It took some fitting but it works pretty well as long as you are ok with a pretty wide rear notch... Edited May 13, 2016 by EngineerEli
kneelingatlas
Eli, how tall is that front sight? It looks too short Edited May 13, 2016 by kneelingatlas
Less
I wonder if one of the Kensight's would work... http://stores.kensight.com/rear/
EngineerEli
Those do work, again they require a little bit of fitting but not too much. That is what e-mishka uses on all his Limited's and Stock II's. He posted about it here on Enos somewhere, should be able to search out the thread.
