ChuckS
I have a ex-colleague that is involved with the KC-46A tanker program. They are preparing for first contact with various platforms from around the Air Force. My buddy said that all the representatives were very concerned and asked many questions to determine if it would be safe to proceed. The exception were the guys from the A-10 office. It went like this: A-10: "Do you intend to shoot at us?" Contractor: "No" A-10: "Then we are good to go!"

No, you just have to understand A-10 crews. If you're not a bad guy, all's good. If you are a bad guy, prepare for incoming.

Seancass
Go to youtube and look up "honeybadger don't care". A10's are like angry flying honeybadgers firing 4200 honeybadgers a minute.
rustybayonet
I spent some of my army time in AT (anti-tank), I had 5 A10's at my beckon call, if shtf. It was a very comforting feeling.
