JFS811 Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 My son amd I are just getting started in this whole gig and wanted to get involved with either USPSA or IDPA. DOes anyone know of any matches coming up in our area. I dont mind driving a bit so they dont have to be in Charlotte. So far I have bought my son a Glock 17 and myself a Springfield XD. Before I startto purchase any more stuff I want to go and watch a match to get a good idea of what I will need. Any suggestions are more than welcome. Best advice is take what you got and shoot a match. Local matches are very new shooter friendly. Let them know its your first one and you will have plenty of assistance.
