seanc
I'm experimenting with several different bullet types and vv n320 and 3n37 at the moment. Using the published VV data at this URL... http://www.lapua.com/en/products/reloading/vihtavuori-reloading-data/relodata/6/34 They use a COL of 1.142 for every load I see and with the hornady 147 XTP they seem like they are super long, ie very little ends up in the case. Anyone have any experience with these?
Hi-Power Jack
They use a COL of 1.142 for every load I see and with the hornady 147 XTP they seem like they are super long, Best to run a Plunk Test, yourself, on your gun (and mag). That does seem a little long. What gun are you using?

That does seem a little long. What gun are you using? 929 revolver. I ended up loading them, it just seemed wrong but now that I made some there is quite a bit of bullet in the case. Its the same length listed for 115 XTP's, those will definitely not have much bullet in the case. I'm going to go shorter on those, and lighter on the charge.
