What are you using to fill the tubes?

Sarge will have to speak for himself on this.

Personally I use the Frankford Arsenal Vibra-Prime.

It has been discussed on many forums. Some people love it, some hate it.

It has a learning curve, but when you figure it out, it is a delight to use. Nothing like loading 100 primers into a tube in 10 to 20 seconds.

I have the vibraprime prime as well. It still only fills 100 primers. If your running 500 batch then you still need some loaded up and stored close.

Everyone develops their own procedures. MikeL likes to load up 5 tubes to load 500 rounds.

I prefer to load 100 at a time, when the buzzer goes off, I load another 100 into a tube, and then the primer feeder on the press.

This gives me a little break from pulling the handle and concentrating on whats happening on the press.

I use this one from Inline Fabrication. Mounted to my casefeeder with a single self-tapping screw. Holds 12 tubes. Either end is held in the slots. I put cotter pins down for full & pins up for empty. $9

I have this one too, but the bench-mounted version.

I'm sure the UniqueTek one works well, but I wouldn't have the bench space for it.

I've been using O-scope probe racks for holding primer tubes for a couple of decades, I got them free from work because most of the other guys were too lazy to use them and every time we ordered new scope probes they included a couple free ones. They are about $3 new.

Still have to stop to fill collator(s) and primer tube. The RF100 will save time as its filling as your loading but if your using a VP before your start or as you go your not going to make much difference either way. Unless you run through them all every time you will make it more likely that you mix primers. Kind of like keeping powder in original containers vs having all of the different kinds in identical containers.
