Chuck Merriam Posted March 21, 2005 Share Posted March 21, 2005 I am getting a STI Edge in the mail next week and I am wondering if OAL of 1.2 is too long for a factory barrel. (180 JHP Montana Gold) Would like to load some ammo before hand, but don't want to waste time. Or would 1.185 be closer to the norm for a stock barrel. My mags will not be hear from Beven Grams for a few weeks, so feeding is not the issue now, just some fun and breaking it in. Sgtsvi Posted March 22, 2005 Share Posted March 22, 2005 I shoot a SV with an AET barrel. The 180 MG's loaded at 1.185 have been totally reliable in my gun.
