Electronic scoreboards

They are great for spectators, but shouldn't be trusted for recording actual scores during a match. There is often a delay for the last shot, which can lead to a wrong score being recorded. We use them at the PA State Steel Challenge Series, but we only record scores directly from the timers. We also made mounts where we screw them to boards, then screw those boards down to a table or bench so they can't be accidentally knocked over. They are pretty fragile and we wouldn't want a $169 Big Board hitting the ground ;)
