Jeeper Posted March 16, 2005 Share Posted March 16, 2005 I ordered a glock hat along with some other stuff for my glock from one of the bigger glock accessory suppliers. They sent me the wrong hat because it was in the wrong package. I called them and they said to send it back and they would ship a new one. I had to ask to even get them to send me a shipping label. They said they would email it to me. I waited a day and got nothing in my email. I sent them one email then with no response. Then I sent another and got no response. Same with the third email. The next email is going to say that I am going to dispute the credit card charge unless I get the shipping label today. I hate dealing with unresponsive companies.
