Please note:

8.3.5 “Stop”

and

7.1.1 Range Officer (“RO”)

Are used to two different reasons.

Also, 8.3.5 says assigned to "a" stage NOT "the" stage. This allows for a lot of flexibility.

IMO, a RO in a match has responsibility regardless if they are running the clock, score sheet, or standing by with the next squad.

IF you see something unsafe, don't let the lack of an RO card or the fact that they aren't on your squad stop you from fixing the issue, if you saw a guy walking around "popping" his holster would you not say something? we all want to have fun and the best way is for everyone to be safe
