JLeeCZ
Having good success with the 125gr version and WSF. Thought about starting in the 3.5 / 3.7gr area with the 147s looking at Lee and Lyman. Anyone running this combo? Shooting mainly in a Glock 19 and SP01.
rtp
3.8gr WSF with Bayou 147r@1.12" OAL gave me a PF of 132 in a CZ, while 3.8gr with a 147gr Blue Bullet @1.09 gave me a PF of 136, so you're in the ballpark...
JLeeCZ
Thanks. Just got 16 lbs of WSF that was backordered Jan '14. Always have heard it works well with 9mm 147s. Started loading Xtreme 147s early last year with AA7 which was all I had starting out.
jcc7x7
3,7 grs WSF, 147 Bayou (w groove) any primer gives 145PF in my X-5 sig and about the same in a 4 1/4" Sig 226. That's were the guns run nice for me. Your numbers seem like a good place to start
IntenseImage
Oddly 3.7 under an Xtreme 147 gets me a 132 PF in a 5" M&P and a RIA 1911
nwhpfan
3.6 WSF and Coated 147RN at 1.160 runs 905 from a Glock 34 and KKM bbl for me. I have a picutre of a 1.5" group at 25 yards with it too!
JLeeCZ
Loaded and tested/chrono with 3.8gr and the SNS. Got me to 130PF in a G19 and Sig 320C at 1.13 OAL. Expecting maybe a little faster in the CZ longer barrel. Thanks for the help. Kids giving me a SNS gift cert for my birthday. Think I'll get a case of these.
