Basic reason I can see for it is if you don't have bench space for a single stage press. But it is a clever idea and execution.

Interesting, but I think most people who have a 550/650 already have a single stage, I do. It's where I started and still use it for load development or limited quantity batches.

I bought a big boss II and the quick change top plates for my inline fabrication strong mount for my LNL. Two wing nuts and one press comes off the mount and onto a wall mounted storage bracket. Really neat setup!
