anilson
Hi be world, I just switched back to zero 180g 40 cal bullets since they became available. Loaded 300 match rounds. Drive 3.5 hours to a match changednothing except a Montana for a zero. 180g 1.185 5.1 n320 the zeros seem to bind up in my match mags. They are so tight that they slow the follower down. They were not feeding well when I tested they by hand. So I switched to particle ammo for the match. Looking for ideas as to why they would bind up in the mags. They were also super tight. With 20 there was no room to push the top bullet down. With other ammo I have a half round of ammo. Sti tube Grams 11 coil and followe tti base pads Thanks For any info Adam
noylj
Different bullets have different ogives, thus different COL. Next time, start by loading two inert dummy rounds and testing them for fit in magazine and feed and chambering before loading a mess. You may only have to seat the Zero bullets a bit deeper in the case.

Quack
I load up Zero's to 1.180" with no issues in the mags. STI tubes, Grams 11/follower, Dawson SNL pads I also case gauge them in a Hundo.
